Busy and Dirty

 Phew, I've been busy lately. Part of the busyness was updating stuffs, making levels and making new bg set for this game
 First, after feedback from a friend, I decided to update Zrom's sprite, now it looks like this:



 Oh yes, I also have made conveyer belt, that animated gif also shows that :)

 Second, as mentioned above I've also made new bg set : Waste Treatment Facility
 Here are two shots from level with that bg set:





 This bg set has given me dirty ideas ;). No no! not that dirty stuffs, I mean using dirty theme to create game mechanics for cooperative work

 I actually have more to show but this will do for now :)

Five Nights at Waste Facility

 Okay, another busyness had kept me from working on this but finally I could get some time and made some shots to show
 First, after some thought I decided to use night background for waste facility levels, here's an example:


 Not going to spoil what each switch does ;)

 Also just like before, I have made more zombies
 Muzom


 This failed shaped zombie blocks the path with its body. It also can spit at critters
 Here's a shot of it in game:



 Dribz

 This scary zombie blocks the path with its dripping vomit
 Here's a shot of it in game:



 Kablom

 This hanging zombie shoots in 3 way. Killing it can activates/deactivates door/trap/platform/something
 Here's a shot of it in game:


 Just like before I've completed couple levels. Those shots above also shows a preview of those levels
 
 Time to get back to my busyness (and resume working on this)

 Yes, another busyness had kept me from working on this (again) but I managed to complete two levels, here are two shots, one from each level:





 Rusted block on a magnet right above a button... a trap or not?


 On other subject, there's this big garbage mound:



 I'm going to make a show off level to record a video from. The video should show how to get past that mound ;) (and also show other stuffs)

 Alhamdulillah, finally I got time to record something from Lost Critters, here it is:
 


 Oh yes, before showing new stuffs, the beginning of this video shows animated title and WIP level select screen this game has :). Level select is WIP and the graphics are temporary but the basics are there
 BTW script for animated title is different than the one in base mod

 Back to new stuffs, new zombies I posted before i.e Muzom, Dribz and Kablom are presented here
 And there are new stuffs such as large garbage mound, magnet, conveyer belt, acid pool and production machine
 Pay attention to the metal scraps, do they ring a bell? ;)

 I'm going to resume working on level select adding unlock and save system

 Yes, it is ingame select screen using entities :)

Lock Selection

 Couple updates:
1. I have completed another level for Waste Facility area :)

2. I've coded level select screen to lock levels if they aren't unlocked yet. To unlock a level, simply complete the previous level

3. Unlocked levels are saved in .txt file. This way players don't have to play from first level and can choose which level to play directly from level select screen :)

 Speaking of locks, I need opinions of lock design, here are the lock designs:



 Which level lock do you like most?

 I'm going to make bosses and boss levels next
