Obeditor is a tool for the game engine OpenBOR. It currently permits editing character animations, making games for OpenBOR easy to develop. Its author, Gringo, is MIA for several years now and abandoned the tool.

Warning: While the tool is amazing to set platforms and draw walls, I strongly suggest you don't save the changes you made on stages, because the tool doesn't support inline script on stages. To bypass this, it's better to copy your changes to a note pad or another editor and save the file there.
