played the blasted thing last night, it took save states a-plenty to beat the bastard....
the game-play gets way harder because hit boxes are a mess, punches and kicks are slower and you have to use precise timing...
and the beast forms offer no protection from boss projectiles...
anyway, back in the day, when all i had was the one Genesis cartridge, i played it a lot and actually used to beat the thing without power-ups
since last night i wondered how many owners of the game had the same idea....
from what i see on the comments of the video , many seem to have missed out,
the hellish NES version might be almost impossible to do this way (will try using save states)
