Any Guides on how to convert Mugen Stages into OpenBor stages?

I tried to open in Fighter Factory but i can't get the assets to show up.

Not sure how to use Fighter Factory, but I usually use it to unpack the sprites. (.def or .sff to .png)

There is no way to automatically convert a Mugen stage to an OpenBOR stage.
You need to open the stage .def file and export the images from the .sff file.

Fighter Factory. Open the stage .def file and it will open the .sff file automatically, where the images are.
