i know this might be a little dumb to ask but i must know because this pc game cost me 38 $
any ways got the redeem code on the receipt, the code works and in order to download the game i need the gamestop app, i can download the app but i can't install it in my pc, like everytime i get to this part the damn thing won't run anymore, why does this keep happening?
i tried disabling the firewall and anti-virus but nothing changes
so if anyone has any good ideas that would be great.
