Moved tutorial to Resources and made @O Ilusionista the owner. All the example images were third party hosted (probably imgur), so I replaced them with attachments before they get link rotted. Replaced the spoilers used for code with rich code tags. I noticed a couple of the YouTube demo videos are private, not much I can do about that.

There's some great information here that is useful for figuring the formulas for OpenBOR parallax stages too.
