Just wanted to share the best WebM encoder I found I went through quite a few but AVC (Any Video Converter) was the best for me.  The reason I liked this one was it had a lot of options to customise the format you can set the size bitrate and custom audio rates audio too.

Did anyone found some recent webm encoder that will work with openbor? i have some weird audio artifacts and id rather ask instead of dive full hours into this issue , this converter changed now and version 8 is not available anymore, yup they fixed what was not broken.
So what do You guys use to convert files to be compatible with openbor? No matter what i try there is weird audio ringing during playback in openbor, i think they changed something in new ffmpeg libs , cause heman intro for game in webm plays audio nice and was made with older ffmpeg.

Handbrake seems to work decent and is free. Key was using VP8 codec as posted by Kratus above.
