I think you could find a copy for download in the mugenarchive page, but I dont recommend it because mugenarchive has the first version of the game which has some bugs that may spoil your fun.

I posted these images  just to show how the game is going after to finish Poison's coding.
She will available in the next version ( 1.0.0) of the game that I hope release in the next weeks.

 
Posting a video to show the progress of my work with Poison and testing some bugs along the game.
She doesnt have grabattacks but her special moves cause a lot of damage and reach  long ranges.
Also she has backflip moves for to escape of projectiles.

Glad to see some more characters in your awesome project!
And I have to say, there are really few projects using this big capcom sprites and having a complete developed moveset as well.

I think Poison should have some throws as well. If you need some help for suggestions and simple customs sprites, I still can give a hand.  :)

I got my hands on this one. A lot of things in the toy are really great! I personally loved Zangief's moves.

The movesets were interesting too, even though Final Fight mods haven't show much content that distinguishes them from the rest (I think that Super Gold is the only exception, even with the flaws such as 70% of the roster being composed of homogeneous shotoclones).

I disliked the fact that nearly every enemy in the game has that running attack that always seems to get me while I'm already busy trying to dodge one of those Kang Jae Ho's head-thrust dash, the Shadow Law dolls spamming gunshots and the chun li/tetsu hadoukens. And there's the fact that sometimes, enemies are able to block Zangief's grabs.

Animations are fluid and the gameplay is superb, but as far as enemy attacks go, they need some nerfin'. Or else something like Fighter's History Revenge, where you can burst off and send enemies away.

This game is good, it just need to get rid of the constant dynamic entries to your back and Bison's army of waifus being untouchable because they've got guns.

How do you unlock hidden characters in this one?
Just finishing the game 1 time ?

Well, I'm working on it and changing some things to avoid this behavior on enemies and make them more weak and easy to handle, but I like the type of  dynamics that reminds me a true street fight where you must stay alert all the time against people trying to stab your back and avoid to make a boring gameplay .
Its hard to fight against people with guns, but what do expect?They are the Bison's elite bodyguard.
Just try to avoid attack them directly.

Yes, You need to beat the game on story mode to unlock Chunli and Mika.
The next version of the game I will add Maki , Poison and E.Honda.
