(I hope this is the correct Section to post this; otherwise I'll move it where it's required).
Just a simple female version of the guys. Even though I know there's a lore and they have names, personalities and so, I've always seen them more as blank slates, mostly because the faces are almost featureless.
I'm showing just the "Billy" colors just as an example, yet I don't intend it to be a "Rule 63" situation (Billie? Jamie?), but different chars altogether. I started first by dressing "Linda" as the guys, and then giving "Billy" a...let's say major makeover.
Unfortunately, I couldn' get a full sprite sheet from "Double Dragon II Arcade" (just a few animations from "The Sprites Resource" and "The Cutting Room Floor" webpages here and there), so I had to craft those animations by splicing and some hand drawing. Same with all the new moves from following games: stomping, jump/stomping...and first and foremost *running*. Sorry in advance if the sprites don't add up to a decent animation, but I don't know how to rip/animate those.

I don't know much either about palettes, but I assumed the less hues, the better. So I used mostly "Billy" 's colors for hair and attire. About the skin, he shares the skin color palette with "Linda", except she has two more shades, which appear in a few sprites. Regarding attires, since the three male "Dragons" already have the 3 primary colors and "Jeff" has green, the two remaining ones would be purple and orange. I left the boots and braces with the same white/grey since it fits the "Dragon" theme better.
Anyway, the file I have has the hair, skin, eyes, vest, pants, Tshirts, braces and boots all in different layers, making the colors easy to change, so feel free to ask if there are many "rebel" pixels around.
