Scary favorites for Halloween?

Does anyone else like to play some of the spookier or horror themed games for Halloween.....if so what are some of your favorites....I listed some of mine below-if you want to share I'd love to hear some of everyone's favorite choices....if you have any. Or if you don't celebrate Halloween maybe something scary that you enjoy?

I like
The patched version of Swamp Thing-it makes the game more playable (nes)
Monster Party (Prototype Restoration hack) (nes)
Incantation (SNES)
Demon's Crest (SNES)
Ultimate Ghosts 'n' Goblins (PSP)
Any Castlevania Especially Super Castlevania IV Uncensored (with the blood drops at the title screen) (SNES)
Zombies Ate my Neighbors (SNES or Genesis)

Out of your list Castlevania 4 i would play, but i want to a stereoscopic version (with sprites, not polys) since forever, i have the chance to play the cartridge tho

I wanted to play the metroid prime series with dolphin in 3D, my best machine cant handle it.
may be i will try eternal darkness, see if that runs...

I wish Konami would release another castlevania in 3d, like a better version of castlevania 64, i liked lords of shadow, but i missed the ability to use first person to take a look at level's details better.....

A new splatter house 2d or 3d would not be so bad to have.

A Resident evil 0 & 1 remake- featuring real 3d enviroments (like 2's update) would be fun for 3D/VR (can you imagine having the option to play VR either in first person or 3rd person?)

I can actually play house of the dead with wiimotes in 3D, but the Gun "shells" that i managed to obtain start to actually hurt really bad after 20 minutes....

Polterguy is my favorite Halloween game, it's so much creative and original. I always hope that a sequel or a remake will come one day:
Beware, some scenes are really gore and scary ^^'.

He hehe - I had forgotten about this one kimono....

Gotta say tho, this game is looking awfully lot like the Sims, in fact you can say you no longer play as a ghost that terrifies house dwellers, but now days with the Sims you play as a God that terrifies & tortures house Dwellers....

Ah that's right. We don't celebrate Halloween here but if there's any scary games I enjoy, that would be Splatter House 3.

danno  I just watched it today ironically on youtube looks great I wish Retroarch could emulate those games I'd love to play it on a console. Steam is totally worth the cost. I got that 3d Sen which kind of makes some nes games 3D...it's pretty cool.

Well 2 currently for this season (was gonna play Alien Isolation but its still pricey on steam so nah not this year.) Finished the 1st one with the worst ending possible is Cry of Fear, (a Half Life mod.) Really good game but unbalanced as hell with enemy damage.

Cry of Fear

and the 2nd I am playing an not done yet is Grey another horror (a Half Life 2 mod.) everything seems to move way too damn fast in here unless it's me getting old...

Wow it looks great, you can notice the action in just a moment

Ghoul School is another cool Halloween themed NES game released by Electro Brain in 1992:

Two another cool Halloween games:
- Fright Night on Amiga (1989):

- Dangerous Dave in Haunted Mansion 1991 (I especially like the close-up deaths):

I think there's some potential down the road for an great horror-themed game with the OpenBOR engine. Terrordrome comes to mind. If you could harness that roster and put it in a slasher action rpg environment, there's a lot of replay potential. I'll consider something like this in the near future.

hello.
well Silent Hill 1, resident evil 1, manhunt 1 and 2,classic dooms at pc or PS1.
house of the dead games, but with the gun are better.
