The new sprites look perfect. All we need is Sailor Uranus and Emeralda.
I still have to give Uranus an overhaul. Wasn't expecting my art skills to improve (remember I didn't work on her for 2 years) especially when using KOF sprites compared to the SNES base sprites. It's the hair I'm having a problem with but I'm thinking the main character from Illusion Of Gaia's hair I'll use for reference.

Hello,
I'm still capturing and aligning sprites for Tenchimaru, and I decided to grab most of the sprites to create new animations such as "anim get." He'll be the last guest hero character so that I can concentrate on the rest of the game. I've also researched several Openbor mods and various animes for ideas. New stages are in progress, and nothing is worth showing. Here's a teaser for Sailormoon and Luna. Shout out to @Bloodbane and @rgveda99 for being part of the Sailormoon Team! @maxman for avatar and chokeholds and @jeremiah.cuff for his rips on Tenchimaru. Without his rips, I would've not even thought of ripping Tenchimaru.

When was the last time I did the chokeholds? I don't remember doing it. Could you please point out to me about it?

Usagi's school uniform looks good.
 
Does anyone have any sprites from a PSP game called Ikki Tousen: Eloquent Fist?

There's only 2 sprites available in spriters-resource.
 
Play the demo, here my personal opinion:
1. Excellent graphics, everything in this aspect looks very good
2. Animations also fantastic
3. Control is felt to have limitations, I won't dare playing the game if player can't run since it's the best thing about the movement
4. Need bigger damage on throw/slam, player need it
5. must have mp bar because the gameplay will be more interesting with a touch of magic
6. Walk and dodge speed are pity, need to be more balance since the enemy has more speed also some of them have projectile attacks that are hard to dodge because of this
7. The attack movement is quite slow making the gameplay too stiff can be help with combo OR run+special
8. While graphic aspect is the best but the sound is quite poor. Sailor needs to be more chatty and music needs to be more prominent

I like the game so that's why I give my opinion.

Does Saturn need like extra falling out frames?

Compared to other Sailors, she's missing these :
1. UP animation (walking up).
2. Choked animation (grabbed by Garoben and Tesuni).
3. Back jump attack. All Sailors can jump backward and they perform unique jump attack if attack is pressed during this animation.
4. GRAB animations.

#2 is important since Garoben and Tesuni can grab Sailors.
#1 is optional IMO. #3 is optional but it would be good to have.
#4 is kinda controversial... if Saturn could grab enemy with her hands, then how would she hold her Glaive? that's why IMO she would be better grabbing enemy with her Glaive instead. This gives her grab advantage since she could grab enemy from longer distance than other Sailors.

She has one in the SuperS fighting game but it don't make sense if you over think it. She has an air slam too which makes more sense.

Honestly skipping it just to make her more unique just like Jupiter. Jupiter has limited combos but makes up for it with throws and slams plus the only one who can lift heavy objects. Saturn being mid-range striker with few throws plus the only one with tatsu or hurricane kick move and is one of the few characters in the game who can heal and possibly trap enemies with Silent Wall.
 
Can anyone post an image of 'Streets Of Rage 3' Skate's doing his special spinning move with a wooden stick? I'm planning on implementing that move as I think it is perfect for a beat em up.

I've check spriter's resource and while there is an image of Skate's other moves that is the only thing that is missing.

Hello! You know there's Sprite database too, right ? :O
 
See if they’ve made a character via mugen or rip the sprites yourself. It may take longer but it would Be worth it. See if the emulator has a demo mode performing the moves to take the screenshots.
I've used this technique for ripping Tenchimaru his Final Burn Alpha.
 
I'm kinda stuck editing the sprites. I've already edited 16 individual sprites in just 3 days and will continue to add more as I have plans to add moves from Yukina, Yuki and Karin Son. I think I used to have those in my old PC but my HDD died out.

Spriting is both physically and mentally exhaustive. I have free time right now. I might not have next week or next month.

If anyone would like to help out that would be great.
