Yes, the tires needs shadow, and as I'm looking at the screenshot, the characters shadow should be "downward" not "upward" to match the stage shading.
 
Nice stage and tires. Was a stack of tires sprited from scratch? The design of the tires looks very professional. The tires need to have shadows. It's good job there.
thank you The tires shown in the picture were drawn according to my level by referring to the actual tire picture.

I didn't care about the character's shadow, so I got an error where the background shadow and the direction were different.:eek:

hello. These days, it's too hot and humid, and I've lost my energy and concentration. Just create enemy characters and player characters, and it's almost done, but it's taking me this long. Today almost completing Athena.
Good luck! I understand such weather is not the best to work on computer and even doing anything...
Glad to see some progress on Athena.
I liked the touch you gave by giving her some sutom moves like the slaps or butt running attack...

Whoa bro, maybe take a break. I'd rather have you take a break than burn yourself out. The game will be done when it is done. Awesome work so far BTW. I use buckets of ice and a fan to cool, hate the extreme heat.

It's kind of fine now. Athena is coded to the latest standards from what they were making before, so the attack is the same.

thank you However, the weather is a bit better now. As long as I can craft it, I think I can keep it in good condition.

This is the production status of the Griffon Mask.
This character will appear as the boss of Stage 2 and will become a playable character upon clearing it. There will be a difference between the boss and the ability of the player character, and the speed is slow because it is a power type. The basics have been completed so far, and if you make a special move, you will be close to completion.

I would never complain about having more grapplers in Beat em ups!
Soooo glad to see Griffon joining the roster! And of course he have to be a bit slow ^^
But what I prefer is the archetype of fast grappler. I wish you Kisarah will be a bit close to that (just like she was in AODK, not NGBC)
If you ever need custom sprites, I can give a hand.
Ryoko from World Heroes is also a good option.
Will we see even heavier grapplers? Like Hugo? Big Bear? perhaps as a boss?...

I think Ryoko is also good as a grappling character. But it would have been nice if she had her kof style.

1 Changed the shadow position on stage. Since the background position is brightly lit, I changed the shadow down to make it look more three-dimensional.

The stage with Rugal was covered with full shadow and the effect of letting light come in the window was applied.
