A small help for my Youtube channel

O Ilusionista

Hey people, I need a small help here.
I am trying to monetize my youtube channel, so I need to reach the 4.000 hours mark (and I still need 1300 hours to reach that mark).

So how you can help me?
I've made a playlist with my lives, to make things easier

If you can, open a tab with this playlist (you can mute it) and let it playing while you do other stuff so you don't need to hear my awkward voice :)

I really appreciate any help

I'm kind of in the same boat... I used to be monetized. Actually got (and still get) quite a few views on my fix it videos. This one still gets the most traffic by far - and IMO, it sucks. 😆

Never made a profit and was perfectly fine with that, but the income helped pay for making more videos. Then they went and gave in to the big money creators and made the entry wall pretty ridiculous.

Short version: I'll be glad to help. I'm not as nice as @danno though. I'm only going to watch until Thanksgiving.

I'm not sure I understand, but I'll just leave the video open and running ;) You helped me lots of times. Might as well return the favor.

Count on me, buddy! Your playlist is already playing.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat too, especially after removing all SOR2X content from my Patreon due to some Sega warnings.

Brilliant. You do know how to fix a chevy avalanche. boss

I'm in. In addition, his videos contain useful information :)

O Ilusionista,

i will try and put your playlist on any mobile device i come across in stores & such since my machines have a bunch of anti youtube plugins that avoid ads & telemetry that might interfere with view counts.

Still, i would advise to set up patreon links, metamask (for crypto donations) , buy me a coffee, etc.

Also, make some short videos (5 to 40 seconds) or some animation loops that could be memeworthy using assets from your games- sadly some animation channels have found the hard way that a short animaiton loop reaches counts on the 100eds of thousands very quickly while their more complex works do not.
Another advantage of doing "meme" content is that it allows you to take advantage of NFT possibilities

Ask and you shall receive!

Tell me about it. At some point I was eligible for monetization, but an issue preventing me from changing the country of the channel made me miss on that chance, and then the requirements changed to something unattainable. I would have made a bit of money off the Rescue-Palooza trailer alone. :/

how many hours to go?
Well, youtube is a big and broken thing.
instead of the display hours going up (as the youtube analytics shows me), they either stop going up or even go down. And YouTube support isn't good for much...

I used to have 3200 hours, today I have 3,037 (and it has been decreasing since Tuesday).

How strange, I'm not sure how it works to be honest, I've had your live videos on for almost 2 weeks now, I hope it's not somehow hurting your channel instead of helping.

I think nobody knows for sure, lol. And thanks for the visualizations.

its one account 1 view for the most part, it seems they can detect if you activate the loop feature so they adjust the numbers accordingly.
they might also detect ip in case of views with no accounts, so what you cando is set up a different ip using a browser vpn plugin avery day

that is why when you see pictures & evidence of click farms you see so many mobile sets mounted on racks, you'd think virtual machines could do , but google's code might be able to detect that too.

You know what's missing from all the non-YouTube sites?

DIY videos (all sorts of topics). Consider just leaving content like that on non-YouTube vid sites when you make some (on a dime & spare time, not on the dollar and all week).

You may be surprised how it may turn out.
