Assistant with resolution WHSJE

Hi guys,
hope you guys can help, I'm looking to change the resolution of HWSJE to something like STF vs KOF ...
WHSJE look abit to big on screen and STF vs KOF look perfect, less grainy.
I tried changing the resolution but the results were unsatisfactory.

What part of "resolution" do you mean? Is it the screen/video resolution change? I think the latest WHSJE version has video 1 screen resolution (480x272), same with @Kratus's SF VS KOF one, unless I'm wrong about it.

Yes, the video resolution.
I maybe completely wrong here though.
I'll post a screenshot of both games with the same character Say, Ken cvs variant.
In WHSJE the character looks bigger and more pixelated than in STF vs Kof when they look smaller but less pixelated, dare I say arcade perfect.
