Is not sakura, like a movie, we have the some actors, representing several storys. We have Bred Pit in the troy, for exemple... This way, Sakura is a actress who represent a bad school girl.
Is not need to change the original sprites if you keep in mind, they are only representing a movie character, like real lifes actors.

I made some similar School Mika and a Long hair Sakura and School Lilith as well...
My try was pretty horrible (color loss etc), but I was 10 years younger

This kinda works... but not (to me) when one has playable characters who are FAR less appealing/noble. (Norimaro? What? WHAT? WHY?!)
P.S. I also noticed NO mod (other than Rocket Viper 2) to my knowledge has playable DS characters other than Donovan.

I see what theo is trying to do here. Norimaro being a playable character is more or less like your standard survival horror character. I don't like him either because he's too much of a caricature (Being based in a japanese comedian and such), but for me, he's at least more appealing than the most popular/mainstream chars I see in those Rocket Viper-esque mods.
At least Arcueid is in this mod, and god how are the melty blood characters unappreciated.

Norimaru is Kidnapped, terry kim, Arcueid go attack the Bad witches/succubus castle who can transform in to creatures (like dracula in castlevania)
So on kim/arcueid/terry gameplay is Beat and Up. On Norimaru gameplay is adventure/commedy. 8)

Good idea. Since they are "actors" it's kind of funny I suppose .
Seeing it reminds me I had a concept of design edit for Red Snake.
Initially it wad going to be a full character for Mugen, but like most of my concepts, it kept the WIP state.
Will we have the chance to see other types of enemies like Zombies, mummy or anithing else.
Or it will only be men beating the crap out of girls?
Anyway, keep it up.
