Does not perform the piledriver

Well, I'm not sure what you're doing there . A follow animation with single attackbox doesn't explain what kind of grab/slam/throw it's supposed to perform .
So my first question is this: are you using script functions to create piledriver?

Why no offset? What are you trying to do without scripts? I think you can use jumpframe on both the player and enemy to be in the same rhythm, meaning both of them will act to jump at the same time together if you want to make a straight jump pile driver. You can use grabup animation and throwframewait. However, like Bloodbane said about that follow animation, I don't understand what your real intention is, since you are using that follow animation.

Not being an expert I am looking at other games with the piledriver of Haggar that is follow animation in these games.
