I have to admit I had some issues to start with but magggas his DD mod really helped me out.  Right now I am just being lazy I have not touched this mod in some time but starting right now I am getting back on it expect a update soon.

I think it took Mr Q almost 5 years to make Legend of the Double Dragon IIRC?  It was a labour of love.  Take your time Malik, Rome wasn't built in a day.  Don't put yourself under unnecessary pressure.  It's a free mod, it'll be done when it is done.  8)
 
Thanks Chulzion but the game is still far from complete but I have resumed active development should have a preview of stage 3 this week.

I know the original author i speak with him by the past, HeatGames, and his hard drive crash, he lost all his work :(
Really sad because there are other impressive games on Predator, and Far West ... and he has not save them on git ...
 
Darknior I always back up my games online to avoid any loss of work.  Heat Games may use the same sprites but this mod was made by me from nothing using my rips from the iphone game.

But i guess it alone because i know he lost all his code and games ...

I love how boss appear  ;D. Makes me think if Abobo should drop more debris before dropping in
 
Here is a preview of stage 4 just 2 stages left then I will start working on the core gameplay and I will do my best to make the Lees as bad ass as I can.

 
Good work with this stage. I noticed the enemies can jump but do they have a jump attack? Another great DD project in preparation for Openbor ;)

This actually looks better in every video!!!!

My only point would be about animation.
Some moves, seems very slowly animated.
Like if every frame is displayed 11 or 12. perhaps reducing it to lower value would make it better.
parhaps upgrade some velocities as well.

I cannot confirm, but I think you game can look "slightly" more "fast"
This is a problem Tonton Mayonnaise had in the previous builds of Gudule games.
Now, it plays better.

My suggestion would be to launch and play SOR2 or 3.
Then switch back to your mod to see what kind of feeling it gives. To know what you can increase
(again, it's just a suggestion)
 
msmalik681: Did you increase the backgrounds' size? I see they are blur. I think using Rotsprite would be more appropriated not to clash with chars. I guess it would require some adjustments after but maybe I can give you a hand if you want.
 
kimono all enemies do not have jump attacks.

16-bit Fighter I used 720p recording.  The backgrounds are all at their original resolution 480x320 that is ver close to the openbor resolution 480x272.  Thanks for the offer but I have to finish this myself right now I am on the hardest stage to rip as it had a darken effect on the stage.

Davpreec with only 3 moves I am sure you will get bored fast of this mod but you are still my beta tester when the mod is ready you will be the first to know.
