Project is completed.
Having played it, I can criticize it a bit more:

  • Why do you kill Raven Gindar? She's one of the heroic Eternal Champions. You could have her talked to her senses or revealed to have been brainwashed or something.
  • Remi Otigiri looks way too cartoony and cute for a dark and frightening game like this. I would replace her with something else, like Huge Frogger from King of the Monsters 2.
  • Cheetah's weird appearance in 1-2. It made me feel like I was fighting the actual DC character, because the name and sprite were unchanged
 
after played this game one time ago, i must be honest...

i liked a lot the idea of a beat em up of eternal champions. in fact, i love eternal champions geneiss game even when is not street fighter 2.

i love these cool big sprites, i love the sprites taken for do this fangame. and many things...

however... :P the playability looks really boring to me.  :-\

i dont want to be rude at all... but being honest, it looked very repetitive to me. and the controls not was like could supposed to be.

also, was terrible for me too, those parts where you only can advance using combos for killing something.

as i said, i love the idea and concept. but it should be polished.

this project should be upgraded with better controls and a better playability.
more on an arcade game style, like today bor games are.

cause this game looks to me, as if was one old system bor.
with better graphics and cool details. and a very good idea... but saddly not so fun at it must be.  :'(

that is my oppinion.

obviously i dont want to make unhappy the creator at all... im just trying to point, that do some changes here and there (at my humble oppinion) could did this game much better and cool.  8)

i know creators did their works for fun and free...
and that not all the people have the habilities of merso x or white dragon or gabotico doing his awesome tmnt mods.

but is a pity that this game with this very good idea, will be not upgraded. the creator should ask for help to others if needed. ;)

another thing i really miss, is also can control other eternal champions chars.

but i dont know if the game already have it in other modes, cause i even dint finished the game. (i should abandon it on the middle or so).

I really love this game. It is a particular OB game for me. But i ve tryed it on b6412 and it is really buggy. Many platform problems ... it will be a pain to fix it :(
 
Considering how old it is I'm really taken back by what Eternal Krauser achieved, After doing some research into the mod I discovered Michael Latham the designer and producer of the original Eternal Champions gave his backing for this module and even helped with the story, another massive achievement for the time, sadly Michael Latham passed away earlier this year.

Yeah that was sad. But did he gave his blessing and even helped with the story? Wow, that was cool to know.

Apparently so, From what little looking I've done he regularly talked with his fans and helped on a few fan projects, almost every review of any of the games he was involved with on youtube he commented on too.
 
Well this sucks. Shadow cannot pass the 2D stage with the moving trucks because there is a long jump she cannot make. LOL

It's in resources. There's a green download button right on this page.

While on the subject, we're trying to get everyone out of the habit of linking to third party hosts like Mediafire and such. Over time those services are very capricious and files inevitably get lost (at best). I don't have a hard rule against it, but any file links we find are subject to scrubbing and replacing with a proper upload.
