I'm not a fan of He-man, but I loved your work, it looks beautiful. It's really an work of art, rarely seen even on professional games. It's unbelievable what you have done in so little time (it's actually unbelievable independently of the time it took to be done). Congratulations. That's the only reason I'm taking some time to criticize some points that were immediately obvious to me.
Looking at this image:
There is a problem in the perspective (or anatomy, I'm not sure) from He-Man's legs (the same applies to Man-At-Arms). In this position, he's left thigh should look thicker than the other.
It's hard to find an image to illustrate this (look at the guy receiving the kick):
I actually think that the perspective is too exaggerated, there's too much difference between its sizes (legs and arms). One thing that makes it more apparent, is the walking animation, the character seems to have a leg smaller than the other, it looks like they are limping, Captain Commando seems to suffer from the same problem in a certain degree, so maybe it's unavoidable. I took a look in Final fight to see how they managed this problem, they solved this problem making the character walking more front-faced which looks very good.
Another thing that looks funny are the punches, I think it would look better if the punches were thrown in a more straight way, at shoulders high.
I hope you don't take this criticism in bad way, if your work wasn't so good, I wouldn't even bother criticizing.
