help with create wall/platfrms using photoshop to get the values

Some time ago i remember Bloodbane said he uses photoshop to get the values to be used as walls/platforms and such
can someone create a tutorial to show how to set those values using mouse?

I dunno what ya need help on either Wall platforms or Entity platforms (char entity as platform with type none).

Wall platform is only coded in a stage txt file while a regular/single platform as object is coded as a character/entity with a single animation of idle like knife, 1-up, etc., but there is a platform data which you can code under that idle anim. They are different as Bloodbane stated.
 
Platforms and walls for the Metroid Warworld Mod, I'm using Unelmia as a study guide right now. I want to be able to have Metroid style platforms, walls, and doors in some of the levels to give the game a real Metroid experience. I want to be able to jump from platform to platform until I reach a really high point and then be able to go through some doors to another level. I also want to know how to spawn Samus at the top of a high set of platforms or at a low set of platforms also. My goal is to make an opensource Metroid game so that Metroid fans can use this mod to create their own adventures. Thanks Maxman & Blood.

One other thing guys, I hate to keep bugging you on this stuff cause I know that you are helping a lot of people so ill make this quick. Could I get a text file example of a wall, and platform and instructions on how to implement into a stage. BTW I am using video mode 6 with 32 bit so the levels will look large.
