how to replace characters from an bor game to another?

hi friends.i want to begin learning for creating the games.
and want to begin with this stage.i want to know how can i change playable characters and enemies from an mod bor game to another.like move Ryu from  street fighter  in mortal kombat.

;) dear beast tie i read the manual and add them in model txt. but the changes in file you send made crash .i read the manual know and work on it.you know work with engine for me that never touch any programming and engine coding is something hard and sorry for bothering you.
 
You're not bothering me, but you're very hard to understand... I'm doing my best to understand what you're actually trying to ask.

I'm not sure what the problem is but you shouldn't be editing none.txt you should be starting with a clean text file.  You definitely shouldn't be putting character sprites in misc folder. 

I'm sorry, but I can tell you're not reading the info I sent because I've actually explained these things for you already  :-\

post the Log file so we can try and see the problem

i don't know why but i think something in pack you sent is not right...all the characters backgrounds enemies and etc i created new in txt and spirit like the samples manual and what you did not load even i add them in model txt. the game just load what you add and can edit those not more.
 
He's asking if you could open the Logs folder and then you open openborlog.txt. You open it by either double left-click on it OR you open it by right click and then highlight Edit and select it. Then you see the log txt file pop up. If you see it, you put a cursor anywhere in the text and highlight everything by press Ctrl button and A button (Ctrl+C) at the same time, OR highlight by right-click and highlight and select Select All. Either of them you can highlight everything. To copy what you highlighted, either right-click and then highlight and select Copy OR go to Edit section above in the txt and then highlight and select Copy. After that, you can paste here. But if you want to avoid having it being read longer, you can use the code tags by selecting the number sign icon (#) for posting. After you select it, you will see [ code ] and [ / code ] in your post, paste it between [ code ] and [ / code ].
