Yes, but it's HP is the lowest among the other humanoid body enemy...
 
The sprites should be edited a bit more I can tell your playing as kyo from kof and fighting aliens and resident evil jill zombies.. If you edit the sprites a bit more you can make your game look more unique.

However my concern is what's the story here? why would Kyo...eh, I mean Takeshi fight a bunch of random enemies?
Also, IMO if this game is about Kamen Rider, then why show Ky... Takeshi? it's better to just show Kamen Rider from the start

Because most of the kamen rider black fans would like to control both Minami Kotaro and Kamen Rider Black... both of them are favourite character of all Kamen Rider fans... whoever thumb down the video are anti-kamen riders...
 
just go for it do whatever you want..  esn23 is a master at sprite editing so he's just giving advice.  I thought the character sprite was a pretty good match,  not every project demands perfectly accurate sprite edits.    Honestly I'd rather see and original mod using unedited sprites than another rehashing of some game.  If only people could just use their imaginations a little bit more....
