Now, I have the script set for Vector to start his jump at frame 2, but it still starts from 0
That is simple: because you are changing the animation before the anipos. Once you change, the resr of the code is just ignored.

Btw why dont you simply use Walkoff?
 
We have a walkoff? This script is real old though, I got help with it back when we were at Lavalit, when I first rebooted the project in some way and started adding 2D stages. I'll look for this command but this is how I got the script and it's always worked until now.

Found it in the wiki, and will start applying it to some characters momentarily. Thanks for that heads up.  8)

lol, my activity here has been pretty low, and I barely check the manual here since I got a more convenient one on file, but still, thanks for the tips.

I suggest you to read the online version, its way more updated (I updated it few days ago)
 
Those 2 stages have always been like that, but I haven't too much knowledge in that department other then slanting them, but those 2 stages are old as hell. Green Hill itself is a 2D stage, so it's gonna look like that.
Anyway, nice to hear you've been waiting for this, but I wish this update had gone faster, but working fast hasn't been my strong suite as of late. I've tried to curve it but there's too many distractions. Work, good TV shows, new games, I got into Steam(oh god the sales), started a new proje... s**t, forget that last part. XD

Concerning the ever-expanding character roster, I suggest you make the character select screen a level with a dummy cursor to select your character as opposed to the standard left-to-right screen, similar to the level and enemy select screens.

On Facebook, I have posted an update to Julie-Su's sheet, and I am making some good progress on her. I will then proceed to the Sally revamp after that. In addition, which Freedom Planet characters will you add into the game? (I'm guessing Lilac, Carol, Spade, and Neera) And also, will all the characters from the SBMM roster plan you posted a while back make it in? Because I think Foxy would be a better Brutal representative than Ivan, being more iconic, though it would be best if we added both.
 
Yeah, I read the thread you made about that. It could work, but I was never too concerned about that, since I just go right to who I want, and I never really had a problem just pushing left or right. Even at that, I still need to implement a shop.

With Freedom Planet characters, I'll add anyone of them if they have sprites, which I remember you showing me before, but I don't remember where.

I intend on adding the characters from that long list, but those weren't the only characters, since many who were never on the list have gotten in the game, so just because they aren't on there doesn't mean they weren't considered. I put Ivan and Croc on the list because they were my personal favorites of the cast, but that doesn't mean Foxy and others wont make it in the game wither.

Thanks man, I always had plans for Headdy but never got to him. I also saw other images in your gallery there that look like they're from Mugen. Any chance you have the downloads to Aska, Tempo, Alex Kidd, and other Sega characters? I already have Bonanzaa Bros.
