Art Some pixels I want to show you

Good job Kimono! I'd like to see new stuff animated now! :)

However, I don't really like the original palette but yours has weakness too IMO. I'm not an expert in colours, so it's difficult for me to make my thoughts clear and even more to propose my own version. But here is what I have in my head since I took time to understand my taste.
The original one doesn't use MD palette, nor yours. It's a double-edged sword but it's not always bad. My complain is specifically the feeling there are too much black outlines in the original palette, especially in the head part. But, that said, I don't mean it's a problem in itself there are black outlines because other SOR sprites do have ones (Zamza, MrX...). Maybe 22 colours make it different from other characters but I didn't check this hypothesis in many characters. And maybe Harakiri has more details than other characters, hence the difficulty to make him in the unity of SOR2.
About your version, I think there are not black outlines enough... Some outlines doesn't contrast enough anyway. The laces of the boots aren't really visible, for instance.
I'm making some tests with colours from other characters but I don't guarantee to show anything because it's really hard! ^^
 
16-bit Fighter: I followed your advice and darken the last color of metal and boots by 40%. The outline is in this case more visible.
This is a quick edit, the most difficult part is separating and adding new colors. This step accomplished, this becomes easier to manipulate the spritesheet.

BTW do you have information on Hara Kiri's planned AI? just wondering cause his AI would define his moveset and sprites.
 
Bloodbane: You can meet Harakiri since SOR2X 1.4 version. In 2.2, he's the boss of the SOR2 route stage 6 and you've got a fight with its alternate palette, Seppuku in SOR2 route stage 8.

I always wanted to have a female Biker like Fog, so I choose Blaze Bare Knuckle Mobile to do the job:

Interesting... we've never seen a leg-sweep throw in the series before; nor very often in general. Remember Gang Wars? I did something with the rips of Jackie, converting him into a style like World Heroes; ADK's big fighting game series. It's my way of thanking you for your rips and edits.

Also, how many other SOR4 moves do you intend to convert?

I'm making some tests for a walk anim for Zamza (and for your awesome SOR2 stage 6 ;) ):
Very good, only a few adjustments on the legs and the animation will be ready to use. A suggestion that maybe work is to get the upper body of this current animation and mix with the lower body of the running animation, what do you think about it?
 
Miru: Ok, you can use this rip as you wish; I hope that one day, Kunio, Marian and Jackie will be playable in a Double Dragon game, they are bored alone in their spritesheets :). I'm not very familiar with the SOR4 new moves, but if you consider that some of them are great, I can try to convert them in pure pixelart style.

Kratus: You can't use the legs of the running cycle to walk because the steps are too big for this kind of animation.
I adjusted one leg that goes too far behind, I hope this is better like this:

You're welcome about the rips. I'll likely make Rebecca and Lynn in DD1/2 style before I consider other company guests for it (and there will be one each for that matter); the Jackie was intended for a World Heroes project as a cameo, hence his bulked-up size.

All the enemies that you can meet are ready and lively in SOR Nightmare :). I can prepare this stage 6 too for SOR2X 2.2.
I'm just curious of what do you think of this spritesheet? Any critcism is welcome :).

O Ilusionista: Yes, you are right, I correct the animated gif and one foot to match with the character offset
Miru: I like this SOR4 move for Axel and will make some tests ;).
IlyaNev: You can use a custom death anim. Ex: If your weapon kills with attack6 box, the anim death6 will be played.
I like your Uncle Sam Ringmaster edit, this is nicely done ;). You can do a complete spritesheet with him if you wish.

Scott is updated with a standard color skin, a special attack, rage attack wip (I'm searching some music effects) and some alternates palettes:
