I used Shadow because the story I plan on doing with this level(wont be added yet) is centered on Team Dark meeting the Swat Kats, but I do plan to one day find out how to make the dialogue come up depending on the character being played with.

I did say I reversed the numbers with Razor to see if either him or T-Bone would perform the attack, since they're basically the same, but neither of them did it until I removed range from the attack, and used the @cmd instead.

Ah you're right, I just recalled that when it comes to this kind of enemies, script is needed for enemies to attack properly

So each guest character chapter will have a different star?

Well, I think it's going to be for every stage, still, I'll wait on this when I'm ready to focus on this, and have it fit for any character playing, regardless who the story is centered on. For instance, playing as Knuckles and him having his own lines when the story for Megakat City is centered on Team Dark and Swat Kats. The Marvel Heroes MMO kinda does this, with the main heroes for the story being Captain America, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Black Widow, and Luke Cage, but the character you play as (Blade in my case) will still have something to say after the cut scenes are over. I plan on it working like that.

In the video, I noticed how the SWAT Kats enemies didn't have icons yet,  and it reminded me of how the Battletoads enemy icons look different than those of the normal enemies. Will you update the Battletoads enemy icons? And I think the Sonic Rush Adventure enemy sprites would be cool, especially in a themed stage.

The X-Men Mutant Apocalapse/MFA2 Sentinel looks a lot like a Trooper. Specifically, I think it makes a good Predicto. Maybe also use the smaller ones from MFA2? MFA2 also has SWATBot look-alike training dummies, taken from some obscure fighting game.

Vector can still perform a "chargeattack" which does the last hit of his combo. Espio's special in a 2D area is his one from Sega Brawlers Megamix, while elsewhere he has a different one. Zitz's running special is the same as Rash's.

Collison Chaos is accessible separate from everything else for some reason. Also, Charmy, Rouge, and Silver don't have their voice clips yet.

I thought I took that out. I didn't add the voice clips yet, they'll come later. I only added them to Tails, Shadow, and Mighty.

Thanks for the sprite but I think the last one is the only 1 I would use out of these.
As far as voice clips goes, Shadows new ones were ok, but the new voice may not apply to everyone, I didn't like the new ones for Vector and Knuckles and didn't switch them.

BTW, for an update on my work, I've started working on the next 4 characters shortly after the last release, and it's a group that has like, 3 or 4 mods already going, so this may add to them, but soon, the Ninja Turtles will be playable in Sonic Revolution. I don't have screen shots to show for them, but I recently just did some work on ripping and editing their hover boards from TMNT 2 for the GBA, so the speed sections will feature the Turtles on those hover boards like in the arcade games. (Check image below)

I've finished most of what I need to do with the turtles though, aside from Donnie, I would say I have the other 3 about 80% done. Then I have to finish ripping the stage from the GBA movie based game, and ripping the Foot Ninjas.

Nice to see the edgier 2003 series turtles finally get a mod in, but I honestly thought it was gonna be the Freedom Planet trio up next.  And with three guest sets in a row, I think you need an actual Sonic character or two to break the monotony up.
 
Yeah, the 2K Turtles aren't in anything, not even Mugen. Freedom Planet characters are going to Sega Brawlers, not this.

There aren't too many other Sonic characters to choose from right now, but I already have plans. There's more then enough time to add more characters, but this is the route I'm going for right now, there's no right or wrong being done here. There is another Sonic character I wanted to add, Julie-Su, but you haven't finished her yet.

I'm already using them in a mini arcade game part of my tmnt mod  ;) -  might be a stand alone thing one day i dunno. 
I've only colour separated mikey's sprites so far, but you can use them if you like.  They're already aligned etc, I never added the hover board  sprites thou.

so far all I did was the rough palette in the picture and a red headband option.

I see. Looks cool.

I had planned on given each turtle red band palette because of the original color, and it was also a DLC for Out of the Shadows. Great game.

I have a red version, if you like I can try make a palette that will match the sonic sprites and backgrounds in the game.
 
Yeah I think that's all you might have to do, I was just trying something then by copying the sonic palette, but it's a bit rough.
