As for the Cyclone Helmets, are they control devices per se, or will the bosses be upgraded through cybernetic surgery of some sort?
 
Yeahhh!!!I agree with cada1982 A new version of Yamato would be kicka** !!! IMO there are so many awesome bosses in the whole SoR series! You should add some of them as mid-bosses in every level(provided you feel like adding them, of course).

Abadede was a Mr.X man, so new villian decide to forced use him with a controlling device.

Would you apply "Boss Rematch" in last Stage as SoR 2?

This is idea i was always like, but last stage have so many bosses that, previous ones will be too much, but i will experiment.

Would Yamato appear in this Mod as a boss or not?

You know, there is one level left that i have not decide what kind of boss will be there. Yes i was thinking about Yamato, in fact about boss with attack style like he was. I will continue think in this direction.

If that's the case, what about having branches at last stage? each path has its own subbosses and bosses rematch.

I get the idea from Gekido. There is indeed branch at last stage which works like that.

It would be great if these guys could jump in from fence, wall or anything behind ;)

hum, something is wrong. Look at her torso on the picture at the left: his "spinal bone" is very twisted, something painful to someone use as a fighting stance, no?
 
Oh, i dont really take that in mind so seriously. Trying to make her stance as original, like here upper second from left. Her pelvis look in front, and torso turned on maybe 40-45 degree. Oh, come on, O, it is arcade game ;D ;D

on the original game, her pelvis is facing her torso. You could change it, since its 3D.
But if its fine to you, its fine to me  ;D

By the way, which program do you use to make those chars? Poser?
 
Nice Vehelits redraw. IMO it's best to just make new demon head + neck + origin. Vehelits is not essential enemy anyways.

Yes, poser. Actually i was thinking about writing a little post about how i make a character from scratch to final result, final sprite. If some one is interesting i can show.

Well, I like Vehelitz new design
it's best to just make new demon head + neck + origin

It is just a HD redraw, he look little different in game

Will that stage where it appears be returning again?

Just a little change i make a few days ago. I remade palettes for every character and it lets me to assign colors in gradient way. Here is the example:

I was trying to add middle tones to make character look more arcade style not an edited 3d model. Now every character in game looks like this ;)
 
Cool, It's good you changed them, I always thought the colour on the old ones was too bright and bold.

Big Ben looks exactly like my 'little' brother, lol ;D 
That's how he dresses and everything.

And today i made a new running animation for Cyclone, like real running, because old is not good)

(actually i remake walking animation for character that was have only 4 sprites, like: Electra, Riel, Mifune, Bongo..(like in original), so now they all have 8 frames for walking, that make it more smooth)
 
love how the new color scheme looks.
cant wait for another new tease  :D
