I don't think it's true, but I'm still very humbled that you think that, because I think it's your games that are the most visually impressive.

Cudley is supposed to be visible on map after completing a few stages. Are you referring to that, or that he always appears? I'm worried about the other bugs and I'll look into that.
I allowed saving because the game is quite long, but I was afraid it was going to result in bugs.

Thank you. I made both the trailer and box art, the only exception is the music in the trailer, which was a commission.

I'd like to share some thoughts on improvements for the future versions and also some bugs I've encountered during gameplay. Most of all these are minor stuff, but in my vision. this will improve the game greatly.

That is exactly what it is: several standard palettes. OpenBOR was a "feature" that gives players 2 to 4 an alternate palette as a default. This feature can't be turned off, so I added more standard palettes as a workaround. Not ideal, but it's like picking the lesser of two evils.

Thank you. It's normal that there's no voice sample when falling down a hole. The message should read "who turned off the lights?". Was it empty in your case?

Yes Mersox. The dialogue box when falling with Mikey was completely white and empty without words.

This happened in the Street level with Mikey and I think I had the no pupils palette on. The one with the white eyes.

I don’t know if it happens with other characters.
 
Fantastic work with this the fan boy in me was loving every second hahaha, So many memories from my childhood here. Tho i did run into 1 small bug on the sewers stage were the mini boss would not spawn so i had to back out of the game then reload it , Then it played no problems atall.

Great job and well done on such a great game , I will record a full playthrough for my channel later :)

Here goes my 2nd report after another walkthrough of the arcade mode:

1) Part of the manhole left on the ground after foot soldier jumped out of it and threw it (happened once):

2) Game crashes to desktop if you try to ride flying vehicle as ScaleTail. Tested only on ship level:

3) War cant fall in pits. Or maybe that's intentional because he's quite the big guy?

4) When you select bonus stage, sometimes the character starts moving to the right without any control. Seems to happen when you select the bonus stage with running attack. Also as seen in screenshot Leo is using white skin, although I've never selected it during this walkthrough.

5) Sometimes Tora is also moving/sliding left and right during his "hands up" stance, so because of that he cant catch his ice balls to throw.

Now about some more suggestions about gameplay:

1)  I remember Shogun's special attack was pretty strong in demo, but in full game he was nerfed pretty badly. Damage of this attack is really low, also his head for the most time flies around without inflicting damage. In fight with bubblecopter he cant even make 1 hit most of the time.

2) Some bosses don't glow when near death. Maybe they should ::)
3) If you play as Shredder and use his special attack (that beam from the head) - it can actually hurt yourself, if you pursue it and touch it. It is possible actually. But maybe that's intentional. Also this may be the same for Dirtbag, as his special is the same one. But he probably won't be able to catch his beam because he hasn't got divekick.
4) During this scene you can move. Maybe it will be better if you couldn't.

5) You can cancel normal attack by doing "down+attack" back throw move. Works for all chars who have backthrow. Tested on Casey, Shredder, Turtles. So when you press attack and immediately do down+attack it cancels previous animation. Maybe it shouldn't be so, if its not intentional.

I guess that's all for now. I'll play and test more characters later, till then ;)

I so agree with bWWd here, mersox . You and Pierwolf have the ability to make the game to looks like an actual commercial game, not a fan game :)

That is no problem buddy with the amount of content you added here there is bound to be some bugs here and there hahaha its all good. I did a full playthrough of this lastnight and it blew me away, You have done an awesome job with this i love it  ;D
 
WOW! I finally had a chance to play it last night. I'm LOVING it so far. I'm not that good at it yet. Again, I probably said it before but I LOVE the upgraded visuals and lines from the cartoon. The gameplay is really fun and the overall experience is GREAT! That .PDF instructions is a great idea too and the presentation as well. I really hope someone from Konami or Nickelodeon gets to try this game. You have inspired me. Playing your game made me wanna finish mine more than ever!

Sadly was feeling very jet-lagged and unenthusiastic so it's not the best video:

But whilst it might not be totally my cup of tea, the design and technical aspects of the game are very impressive and a must-play for fans of the TMNT franchise. Great work!

Thank you, that's fair. The game is made for old-school TMNT fans, but it's always nice to hear a different perspective.
 
Same here. I never liked the gameplay of the NES turtle games, so obviously not going to be a big fan of this. But I know quality when I see it. You've crafted another gem sir, hats of to you!.
