very nice work here! 
i really like the "small" turtle animation.

what's the purpose of the sprite half covered with smoke? feels weird like that but in game pretty sure it will be cool.

Nice! Any chance to see some custom moves for Shredder? Aska?
I always thought their movelist was limited in TMNT Tournament fighters.
Some new Punches, kicks, specials, throws (etc) would be welcome for Shredder ands Aska.

Yeah every character has limited sprites from that game, that's why I toke all the moves from each turtle and made them for all the turtles.
Aska?? Maybe cozZ I was thinking about turning her into April, but that's a big maybe I really would like to have a April from the 2006 movies.
Shredder?? Probably cozZ I really need him for my animation, but when idk.
I'm working on the Foot for now.

Yeah I talked to him but he is not working on the game at the moment and I don't know when he will.

I'm curious about what is exactly your process to do it. Maybe it can be improved. I'haven't done yet for all sprites of a sprite sheet but I guess I have the best possible trick.

well I use photoshop to do it.
I select a color(s), copy it to a new layer and replace it and than I remove the color(s) from the place the I dont want the color(s)
