Splendid work there, Blade Master! Love the updates on the mini boss, the game over screen, random spawn based locations, and such. The custom game over screen looks sort of like the RPG Maker system with options. It has so much RPG elements in it.

:) thanks friend. I'm going to finish a couple of things to publish the update so I can continue doing the development of the game.

By the way I also love your street fighter system :D

I am equal parts impressed and jealous of this, as this is exactly the type of game I've wanted to make. Excellent work, @Blade Master! I look forward to seeing how this turns out!
thanks and don't worry NickyP. I actually started the project using the wonderful Clafan as a template for the project. So I am also grateful friend :D. thanks for commenting and good luck with the street fighter

This is very unique and interesting :) It has an oddly charming feel to it. The combat does feel a little TOO chaotic (too much on screen with all the NPCs) but it seems you can choose how many allies to bring with you, so that's a nice touch to reduce clutter on the screen (though I imagine the game might be difficult without them, haha). It's pretty cool that there's already a nicely sized roster (I'm kind of a character/roster junkie) and that you can compose your team with any of the remaining ones.

Clafan is still one of my favourite projects/ideas in OpenBOR and I always wished it had been finished, so seeing a spiritual successor is very cool!

I'm gonna be keeping my eye on this one, and looking forward to seeing more :)

I don't know, you guys are starting to give me ideas here... 😅

I'm happy to hear I influenced this project. If you ever need someone to bounce ideas off of, don't hesitate to reach out.

You do not know the honor you give me by saying that friend. I'll do my best :D. Thank you very much for commenting

I'm not sure if NPC selection is touch based or not but it could be improved to give information about each NPC before selecting or even cancelling NPC selection.
Agreed. Perhaps @Blade Master can update the screen to have limited information about each NPC. For example, something like this:

Name: idk
Weapon: Staff
Type: Support/Healing

Name: whatever
Weapon: Fists
Type: Damage/Close-ranged

That way players get to plan out their team better. Maybe they'll want to run a straight unga bunga DPS team, or something more balanced, etc.

On other note, I like how you add Victory scene after each battle, ala Tales of series :D .
Master, the selection is made with the entity's attack of the selection arrow. I have to improve some aspects of the npc selection screen (hehe it's still beta but functional)

By the way, it is possible to go alone to fight. Just press the "Start Game" button with the cursor without selecting anyone and BOOM!

You are completely alone in the story. I am making some codes so that on some occasions you have to carry a certain character.

@0:31 You mean "beef," right?

Great job! I love how interactive the elements of locations and the system become. It's funny I kept thinking that the village looks like it's inside the house, but it's actually a village. 😆 I don't know why. I like the interaction of resting to fully restore the team's health at the inn. I bet that when you walk towards people, the speech bubble pops up instead of pressing a button to talk. Love the inn music too. It sounds upbeat but chill.
