I'm kinda stuck editing the sprites. I've already edited 16 individual sprites in just 3 days and will continue to add more as I have plans to add moves from Yukina, Yuki and Karin Son. I think I used to have those in my old PC but my HDD died out.

Spriting is both physically and mentally exhaustive. I have free time right now. I might not have next week or next month.

If anyone would like to help out that would be great.
Did you try asking on the community's Discord, too, if you have it?
 
Can anyone post an image of 'Streets Of Rage 3' Skate's doing his special spinning move with a wooden stick? I'm planning on implementing that move as I think it is perfect for a beat em up.

I've check spriter's resource and while there is an image of Skate's other moves that is the only thing that is missing.

You're right, it's not there.

Anyways, I've taken some shots of him doing that move which you can get here : Skate Spinning Stick Shots.
 
Thanks. I'll make good use of this for Saturn's new move. I kind of wanted to give her a new radial attack as the original one looks like it is either for an intro, win pose or for charging. I just love using this move with Skates on multiple enemies like Ryu's EX tatsu.
 
Compared to other Sailors, she's missing these :
1. UP animation (walking up).
2. Choked animation (grabbed by Garoben and Tesuni).
3. Back jump attack. All Sailors can jump backward and they perform unique jump attack if attack is pressed during this animation.
4. GRAB animations.

#2 is important since Garoben and Tesuni can grab Sailors.
#1 is optional IMO. #3 is optional but it would be good to have.
#4 is kinda controversial... if Saturn could grab enemy with her hands, then how would she hold her Glaive? that's why IMO she would be better grabbing enemy with her Glaive instead. This gives her grab advantage since she could grab enemy from longer distance than other Sailors.

1. Done
2. Almost forgot this one. Only 1 frame made so far.
3. Done but will add one more cause it looks too good to pass. Can be used as a dive kick in Mugen. Might finish this one 3rd or 4th week of May.
4. As mentioned before not really interested since her SuperS Super Famicom sprites looks ugly but I could change my mind if I find a proper base sprite. I already have a few things in mind but right now the priority is Saturn's standard link combo and Appancuddles did make 2 throws for her years ago. If I have a lot of free time in May the 2 new grab moves will be last priority.

As of now I'm currently working on her 3nd set of combo which are 8 frames in total. Taking things slowly though I don't want to burn out like last time.
 
Hello, I’m still cleaning the sprites of Tenchimaru. I believe I have all of his charge animations. Next would be the two win animations. Then I can finally submit to @Bloodbane. I’ll skip his monster transformation animations. I take a screen capture via Final Burn Alpha and remove the background while centering. It’s a tedious process but it will be worth it. I’m about 15 sprites from completing this project. Between working full time and married, I do my best.

Check out the Discord. She's officially done for Openbor.

The rest will be Mugen stuff and some of those are additional stuff you can use for Openbor. Most of the stuff I'm focusing now are crouching frames. Unless you're doing a section similar to Ninjawarriors I doubt you guys will use those but there are some great specials and supers from Yukina from Dengenki Bunko Fighting Climax I'll be doing in the coming weeks.
 
Tenchimaru is 95% ripped and cleaned. What’s left to rip his charge animation ,
create a custom get item, knee and throw. Does anyone have a recommendation on creating a story scene using the arcade fonts? Any tips would be appreciated.
 
Someone suggested using Textbridge to use custom fonts but I never use it myself.
As for me, I use OpenBoR to type text using mod's fonts 🤓 . I prepare black front layer to cover everything including the HUD and use script to display desired text with chosen font. Simple n easy ;)

Do you guys need projectile explosion animation like the one's in Street Fighter 2 when the projectiles are blocked or hit by another projectile?

I haven't made one for Jupiter Thunder Dragon.
 
@Bloodbane and @rgveda99 did an excellent job at putting these characters together! I'm amazed that Sailor Saturn looks this good. So far, I added the stage music, and now I have to add the Sailor Soldiers' voices and submit the Taco guy that manages the cart from Guardians. One of the most challenging parts of this mod is creating a great stage and finishing the animations of Tenchimaru of Oni Ninja. Once I include an additional state for the shrine, I'll continue to edit the amusement park from Denjin Makai and finally the office buildings from 64th street. Finally, I can start adding the Sailormoon Arcade stages with additional parallax. I'm grateful that @Bloodbane and @rgveda99 are part of the team. Does anyone have any recommendation on how player two should be configured on a keyboard? It would be nice to take a screenshot of two players on my laptop.

Was looking for some sprites in my free time and I didn't knew P47 Aces has already been ripped. I know you already said no to these for the Italy stage you've planned. I'll just put this here just in case you change your mind or find something useful.

We're slowly adding the Sailor Soldiers. So far, we have the inners and one outer; Moon Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn, with unique guest players Jinrei and Tenchimaru. I started organizing the sprites for Sailor Pluto, so she's next and then Neptune. Here's a mock-up to get the idea.

Very nice! I still have the hope this big amount of sprites edits find a use in actual game.
I tried to make some original character from them some months ago, but I failed ^^;
This game have beautiful sprites (like most banpresto's games), but the way their colors are managed is a "mess"

I kind of want to see Sailor Mars' new throw too. I didn't like her original throw as it looks generic that's why I based it off a Variable Geo character and Mai Shiranui.

Also I still need to sprite Sailor Mercury's DDT from the S game.
