except that dwarves can already see just fine in the dark (as could elves in 2'd edition, but personally I always found that kind of stupid). Dimsdale should get the "torch" effect automatically.
it looks sort of silly and breaks up the flow of multi-player games while you sit there waiting for the thief to ram goodies out of people. IMO a reworking of this mechanic is needed - perhaps combining it with backstab (i.e. a successful backstab automatically robs the victim of whatever goodies it had). If not that, at the very least there should be some small indicator "nothing to steal" when she rams an opponent so that players will stop doing it over and over.
Does the lighting effect move with the player, or do you have to use it everytime you walk away from the torch?
Can you steal multiple times? Is there chance you fail, or do you always succeed (provided the enemy has any money)?
