Can I make openbor android version myself?

this APK seems t work well with some old modules & Older androids:

if your intention is to make it work like the newest APK that can also be customized, you will have to "merge" both builds somehow.
if not, all you have to do is download the APK, install it , run it once, close,
download a module or module's .PAK file
explroe your phone using windows, winrar or even polaris office (in some models) & move or copy paste the pak file to the paks folder in side the openbor folder inside the android
