SNK vs Capcom - Rivalry Conclusion is based on SvC MotM from NGPC but with a different visual language and focusing in big pixeled frames. As the name says, the roster is based on the chars from the both enterprises that are similar in visual and/or fighting style.
This game was made by a good friend of mine, Ulissan, on Fighter Maker (a mugen-like engine). Many of the sheets done to my Pocket Dimensional Clash were used on this game (with permission) so they were been used for a good thing
You can call it a spiritual sequel to PDC (or what PDC should would be if I ever finished it, lol)
