Is a level editor for the OpenBOR engine under consideration?
I think it could be awesome and it would solve a lot of creative difficulties, especially as regards complex coding of objects like holes, platforms, walls, etc.
I think it could really expand the variety of games and the quantity of developers too by reducing the development time and complexity, but I do honestly ignore the difficulty of making something like it, I just figure it like Fighter Factory, but with a different set of tools like drag-and-drop of objects, editing of such objects like in a vector graphic program (with editing nodes on the corners and medium point of sides, layout/rendered/text-modes, etc) ... but maybe I'm dreaming?
Maybe VirtualTek's team is up to it? As they've been releasing a lot of versions for MUGEN editing, but none for OpenBOR ?
