Newbie here ! need help.

Hi guys, hope your doin' great so, the thing is that this whole site is like ...... fisk tower  any newbie (or just me) can get lost here so yea..  ??? am lost here. i need your help downloading files only and THERE is nothing like BIG TAB that says "DOWNLOAD". above. Any help is appreciated guys.
