I understand that SNES palletes have 16 colors and that 1 color is transparency, but even considering that, if they had used the colors from her dress, even on SNES they would be able to make it red since the red colors are already present in her 16 colors pallete, so I would consider it more...

Have you guys thought about changing Maki's boots to red instead of brown, because it is almost the same color as her skin, which makes it looks like she is bare footed. Just like in the image, I think it would look much better.
