plot: the Brainrot was taken over the planet Earth led by the pure evil AI, The Algorithm the mastermind of Elsagate. it's up to the Sprunkis to stop the evil forces of Elsagate brainrot before it's too late! join the Sprunkis Oren, Raddy, Clukr, Fun Bot, Vineria, Gray, Brud, Garnold, OWACKX, Sky, Mr. Sun, Durple, Mr. Tree, Simon, Tunner, Mr. Fun Computer, Wenda, Pinki, Jevin and Black as they are going to fight the AI slop and save humans.

note: the 20th Sprunki Black is a redeemed villain who fights against brainrot despite his super villain powers of dark energy. he's canonically hates brainrot that Sprunkis understood and agreed with him
this game does not include horror mode but the only horror element is the Elsagate and Brainrot forces plus most of the enemies are robots due to they are associated by AI
