I think NOBODY should die before eat Brigadeiro, Bolinho de Chuva and Quindim!

Bolinho de Chuva

(Bolinho de Chuva can be translated as "Rainfall Muffin" - but its not a muffin. The names comes from the fact our mothers does this when its rainning outside and kids can't go play)

Quindim

If you ever come to Brazil, try it!

Even though if I'm not crazy about all of them, that list is right on target!

Funnily enough, I've just had 3 Brigadeiros (though they were "gourmet": pistachio, coffee and dark belgian chocolate flavored).  :D

I'm gonna ask my brother to cook some Brazilian foods like Coxinhas. LOL

Oh. That Bauru looks like it's Beef Pastrami. LOL

That Bauru recipe is wrong. Bauru is NOT made with roast beef, but with Ham.

@Ens23 here is the recipe: http://www.food.com/recipe/brazilian-shrimp-stew-moqueca-de-camaroes-501326

But its lacking one ingredient, which is not easty to find outside Brazil: Azeite de Dendê, or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palm_oil

There are two very easy recipes that everyone should try: Brigadeiro (its just addtictive) and Romeo e Julieta. Its just Guava paste and white cheese stacked on top of each other, but its awesome.

bauru on my region is made of french bread, filet mignon, cheese and tomatoes

i can cook any of those recipies, is more easy than do a mod ehehehe

There's a lot of different Bauru recipes around. It varies from region to region, but I've been told the original recipe uses roast beef, though I've never seen it. Ham is much more common (I live near Sao Paulo).

I know I'm late to reply this, but the look of the Bauru sandwich looks like Beef Pastrami. I didn't mean to say IT'S REALLY Beef Pastrami. I was saying it looks like it. I know both sandwiches look similar but different with meat.

here, Pastrami is a bit different thing http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-4eKcOCBtk8w/T7M98-kpAjI/AAAAAAAAAfA/SkKQcZ_Occ8/s1600/pastrami.jpg
While this is roastbeef (rosbife, as we call it here) http://imagens.paodeacucar.com.br/img/legacyImages/00/0024242_a1.jpg

That is the most well known version (and I hate it), but I know there are some other versions, close to what the american roastbeef is http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-jtmYMMJy6ss/Trmk7TqD5OI/AAAAAAAACXI/xZZqI5Gt4aY/s1600/rosbife+pronto+2.jpg
