Create pak windows 7 64-bit

hello guys like to know how do I get my design and make the .pak file, because in my windows 7 compatibility error, anyone know any program to create the pak easiest way .

Make sure your executable is called borpak.exe and not packer.exe.  If you're using borpak, there shouldn't be any compatibility issues.

Ok man, Thank you and sorry for the time to respond.
Do you have any tutorial on how to use this borpak.exe , looked here but I found and am having problems or directory to access denied when creating the pak file.
I'm new so I 'm sorry for the doubt .
