how do you like the implamentation?
will be the classic double dragon gameplay or want something new?

what the resolution type? the default 320x 240? or bigger ones?
i think i can code, but i like to design  the entire game as a document before start

i have created a pseudo GDD with some milestones i used to work, we can change this document if you like another development method.

personaly i like follow this way to avoid get bored doing the same tasks for many days.
take a look:

GDD Double Dragon Remake

Resolution: video.txt = 1 (480 x 272)
This resolution is a widescreen resolution that fits great on cvs sprites size and also have a great overall look in all openbor ports avaliable

separating the project into milestones we can track things and make group projects more organized, while you do the art i do  the code and we can even estimate time to complete based on previous development experiences and such things.
