I really don't like the window is so small and I gotta press the down arrow on keyboard 200x to get to my game....Maybe I am doing something wrong?

Under video settings option after you start your mod you can set full screen or window size.
Cut down the games in your paks folder to find the ones you want to play easier

Open OpenBOR.exe. Press a start button and you have options. Highlight and select Options > Video Options > Display Mode > toggle/press left or right to select full screen or window
The name of your topic is/sounds like OpenBOR needs to get fixed with problems and stuff, and that's kinda awkward to me. I suggest you change that topic name as your subject to something like "Need help with fullscreen in Openbor" or "Fullscreen help", something like that. I think "Fullscreen help" sounds better because what you want is to change the size of screen you want. I understand that you don't know what topic name to come up as a subject, and that's okay. I was like that too.

I have to admit when i first used openbor the window size was a issue for me too i think alt + enter should toggle openbors full screen option as this is a common feature of most windowed applications.
