Hope he accepts.  It looks like he is using bone tool but on a very high level.

lol I can make a ninja game it just would not look as professional as this one.

I thought it was Unity engine or something else great, looks like he has solid workflow.

He had posted at my facebook group, all the sprites are handy drawn, then converted to pixel art.

Yeah thats starts with already great looking big scale hand drawn frames, im using flat colour without shading myself and scale down to 60%

After seeing the original art work seems like a shame to downscale it.
