Hello everyone, I would like to share with you a tool I found while
I was researching and studying animation on the internet.
This tool is called AnimeEffects and is used to create 2d animations using bones, pupet,
mesh deform, time line and morph interpolation very similar to Spine, Spriter and Dragon bones.
AnimeEffects is a very powerful tool and easy to use compared to other similar tools,
besides being free (Freeware).
It's worth taking a look, below I'm leaving the developer's website to download and the link from
a video tutorial of the program and also a video of workflow of this incredible tool.

i hope enjoy it...

Im getting it and will comment if its better than what im using, i mean if workflow is faster, so far i tested spine, spriter , dragon bones , blender ,open toonz and creature and from all of them spriter has fastest workflow , you dont have to create every mesh vert by yourself toget very dense grid.

I tested it and it has ffmpeg for exporting to gif which isnt that nice but you can exportto png, this software is quite amazing but lacks keyboard control to help our workflow, its already very good, mesh control is great but bones control is a bit limited without any IK or multiselections, this is however very minor issue because all funcionality already surpasses a lot mesh deformation programs ive tried.

This program is great for simple stuff but one major problem with it is that all bones have the same keyframe , if you want 2 separate keyframes for bone 1 and bone 2 in different places on timeline then you cant have other interpolation curves than linear, and im not using linear, i prefere sinusoid and when you set sinusoid for one then other bones are affected as well, this way its hard to make non robotic animations unless its animation that travels from point A to B and back to point A

Impressive!
It might be a dumb question, but.
Does it keeps defined palette without making blurry pixels?
Exemple 16 colors sprite limitation.

no. its exporting to png, then you can assembly it in jasc animation shop and give it your palette with palapply, thats what i do.
But when in graphics program you just copy paste frames into your existing frames with defined palette then it all should look fine cause its very close colours anyway.
