Raining sprites for a stage

I remember not too long ago seeing an animated gif of rain posted on this forum i need it for a stage effect or anything else that could be used to over the stage in rain any help would be appreciated

I know the Korea Stage from King of Fighters 95 and Shikyoh's Stage from Last Blade 1 have raining in it, maybe you could use the effects from one of them.

Dudley 1st round stage in SF3.1 can be a good resource for what you need.
