I'm not going to call out anyone on this individually, but this morning I noticed that a help topic was removed and then re-posted with a different name.
This is absolutely NOT allowed ever. It's a nothing more than a sneaky way to double post, and is immeasurably rude to other members who show patience and wait their turn. Any of these I see will be removed instantly without notice - as was the one from earlier today. Subsequent attempts to repost will result in the offending member being muted - also without notice. Meaning that not only will you lose privileges on the forum but will never receive help for whatever it is you had posted about.
Furthermore if I discover attempts to circumvent this with personal messages the offending member is gone from this forum, full stop.
An occasional bump to the original topic is fine. We all miss things sometimes and maybe you weren't seen or someone was going to get to you but forgot. Because this forum is largely instructional you are also free to resurrect old topics for further discussion. Just don't over do it and don't even think about the re-posting tactic above. This is the only warning I will give. Don't do it.
