Dhalsim's stage from Street Fighter Alpha 2 for Mugen 1.0 and Mugen 1.1. It comes with no zoom & zoom versions. There was a lot of animations that are linked to wins and hit reacts, so I mixed them into the standard animations so they wouldn't be useless.
