User group issue?

I can't seem to post anything on the help & resources board.

Any idea?

Now I can't access file section at all.
 
Cool I can see all the downloads now.

But still can't upload, the same error message.
 
Sorry, I took a look at permissions, and everyone can upload (well, SHOULD be able to). Let me try one more time. Has anyone else tried to upload anything lately?

Just gave it another shot. Utunnels, please try another upload. If that doesn't work I have one more thing I can do.

Bump*

It seems my account still has a different layout in file manager section. I can see only a few files and there's no sub categories.
I created another account and found everything looked normal, so it is not a problem of my network.
