Caliber30 Recon's Sprite Cinema

I often question to myself, do I have to make a longer 1 on 1 cinematic fight scene?

After some thoughts, depends on what game I'm playing, for most beat em up games I could only make 1v1 cinematic boss fight around 30-40 seconds, cuz most characters in beat em games have limited moveset compare to FTG characters, instead of making a long repeated actions scene, I rather choose to let the characters giving all of their skills to visualize the fight scene more attractive

Streets Of Rage X Cinematic SEGA Stadium Battle Royale

Initially wanted to make 5 of them brawling scene only, then there's rebellion mode where enemy bosses are playable, so I added their scenes before their final brawl

Guardians Short Movie Neopolis

Kurokishi in Denjin Makai 2 was always my favorite choice, I always love to choose characters with good kicking skills

As for Matlok Jade, he's one of the enemy bosses in the Neon Lightning Force, which is rare and the reason I create this short movie

The gameplay videos are taken following orders:
- Denjin Makai 2/Guardians
- Real Bout Pro Wrestling (Openbor)
- Fighter's History Dynamite
- Neon Lightning Force (Openbor)

Art Of Fighting: Trouble In South Town Cinematic The Art Of Eight Limbs

The title refers to Muay Thai, where both knuckles, elbows, knees, and shins are used to do striking moves

Since Joe Higashi is playable, he's the best to show the boxer goons in Pitt Stadium stage who's the best Muay Thai boxer

Vendetta Cinematic Prize Fighter: Hockey Rival

Prize Fighter refers to one of the main protagonist, Blood, he's only playable character as I play with MAME emulator with only 1 player

As for Hockey Rival, it's one of the enemy sub boss with wearing hockey mask, which appears several times in original & openbor fan game

The gameplay videos are taken following orders:
- Vendetta (Arcade)
- Vendetta Super Recargado (OpenBOR)

On the way making a short movie with gameplay videos of Data East games, Karnov in Sly Spy only throws his hat and does knife hand chop attack, so I added his fire breathing sprites from Bad Dudes, Data East shouldn't turn Karnov totally into Oddjob like Goldfinger movie

Data East Short Movie Sly Spy: Karnov's Revenge

Karnov was a de-facto mascot in Data East, which is why he appears in several games within the company, but Fighter's History series is the only games where Karnov is playable, while the other games he's appearing as enemy boss and regular enemy

Karnov has a standalone game, but it's not beat em up and everything is unrelated to other Data East games

Karnov was depicted as a wealthy person, so I make his revenge into a terror assault, where he owns assassins, armies, and nuclear missile

Gameplay videos recorded in order:
- Fighter's History Revenge Dynamite/Karnov's Revenge (Arcade, fighting)
- Bad Dudes vs Dragon Ninja (Arcade, beat em up)
-Sly Spy (Arcade, run n gun & beat em up when main character is run out of bullets)

The Punisher Cinematic Chasing Scully

Frank Castle and Scully appears in several openbor fan games makes me wanna create epic action scenes for them

Gameplay videos recorded in order:
- The Punisher Arcade Remake (OpenBOR, beat em up)
- Final Fight & Cadillacs 2 (OpenBOR, beat em up)
- The Punisher (Arcade, beat em up)

Tuff E Nuff Cinematic Kenpo Shoujo

Surprisingly found out Rei Mizuno appears in a few openbor games, which is why I make this video

Since Rei was 19 years old, so I decided to put Shoujo (少女, teenage girl) in the title

Gameplay videos included:
- Dungeon Magic (OpenBOR, beat em up)
- Rushing Beat Remake (OpenBOR, beat em up)
- Tuff E Nuff (Super Nintendo, fighting)

Surprisingly you've put Rei Mizuno into your project, it's by far Rei's only playable character in beat em up game I've found
To be honest when I make my projects for the OpenBOR I felt that even the most obscure characters in old beat em up and fighting games deserve to have a chance to shine as playables. So I just choose whatever character I could find, give them impressive moves and try to fit them in a game's story.

I've done playing xtreme legends too, even more characters to choose as villains are also playable, I could think something big

I'm happy you enjoyed playing my Knights of the Round Revenge: Xtreme Legends game, I know that some of my fan games aren't the best, but at least i try to make them work and i look forward to checking out your next big cinema video project.
