When is the plan for the Mortal Kombat Levels? From what I have read, the next plans is another gang within the city?

Question regarding the preview images. I notice there is an "Amazon" enemy that do not appear in the demos. Is this a placeholder enemy for the images or will they appear at some point in the game?
