I'm a total beginner at all this. Yesterday I was extracting the “.pak” file from “Beats of Rage” to create my own fangame/game. But I’ve noticed that the tools are outdated or very awkward to use (at least in my experience)
What tool do you recommend for editing stages? Or what should I download to be able to make my own game/fangame on OpenBOR? Because I feel like Beats of Rage is very outdated in some aspects
